Who they are

Level Up Building are based in Paraparaumu and work across the Kāpiti Coast and Wellington. New builds, renovations, extensions, kitchens and bathrooms, decking and outdoor living. Logan Andrews is a licensed building practitioner and leads the team.

What we did

Building is a trade where the work sells itself if you let it. The temptation is to write about craftsmanship and quality, which every builder claims and nobody can verify from a paragraph.

So the site is built around the projects. A gallery organised by job type, individual project pages for the builds worth walking through, and photography given room to breathe rather than shrunk into a grid. Someone deciding on a builder wants to see a deck, an extension and a finished kitchen, in that order, before they read anything.

Underneath that, the practical signals that matter in a trade where people are handing over serious money: licensed practitioner status, the supplier relationships, and reviews from clients who name the job they had done.

The structure separates new builds, renovations and outdoor living into their own pages, because they are different searches with different intent - and a page trying to serve all three ranks for none of them.
