White Label SEO
SEO delivered under your brand, not ours. You keep the client, the credit and the margin.
White label SEO, sometimes called an SEO reseller programme, means we do the work and you sell it as your own. Same thing, two names. Your client sees your brand on the dashboard, your logo on the reports, and your name on the strategy.
It exists because SEO is a bad fit for hiring. One specialist is a salary, a tool stack and a training budget, and if they leave mid-campaign your client notices. Outsourcing to the cheapest bidder is worse: you put your name on work you would not sign off, and the client blames you, not them.
Your clients never hear from us. Not a stray email, not a name on a report, not a mention in a footer. We work through you and only through you. The most common reason agencies avoid white label partners is the fear of being cut out, so we removed the mechanism entirely.
What you can sell under your own brand
- Local SEOGoogle Business Profile, map pack, service areas, citations. The bread and butter for trade and service clients.
- Technical SEO and auditsCrawlability, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, index bloat. You get the finding and the fix, not a list of problems to pass on.
- Content and keyword strategyResearch, intent mapping, a content plan and the pages themselves. Written to be published, not to be rewritten by you first.
- GEO and AEOYour clients are already asking whether ChatGPT mentions them. This is the answer you give them, and it is included rather than sold separately.
- Ecommerce SEOCategory structure, product pages, faceted navigation, the duplication problems that come with every store platform.
- Ongoing monthly workThe retainer, not the one-off. This is how a web build becomes recurring revenue instead of a project that ends.
Your dashboard, on your domain. Point analytics.youragency.co.nz at it and every screen carries your branding. Your client logs in, sees rankings, traffic, leads and AI citations, and has no reason to think you did not build it.
What's included as standard
- A white-labelled client dashboardYour subdomain, your logo, your colours. Live rankings, traffic, enquiries and AI citations for every client you put on it.
- Reporting in your nameMonthly reports carrying your brand, written in plain English, ready to forward without you editing a word.
- A wholesale rateYou are quoted a partner price. What you charge your client on top is your business and we never ask.
- No minimum volumeStart with one client. Plenty of partners do, and add more as they win them.
- Answers you can use in the roomWhen a client asks something technical, you get a plain-English answer back the same day. You stay the expert in the meeting.
- Thirty days, both waysNo lock-in for you, which means no exposure if your client leaves. Give us thirty days and the campaign pauses.
Questions agencies ask before they partner
What is white label SEO, exactly?
You sell SEO to your client under your own brand. We do the work behind it and stay invisible. The audits, the content, the technical fixes and the reporting all reach your client with your name on them, and the client relationship stays entirely yours.
Is an SEO reseller programme the same thing?
In practice, yes. White label tends to describe the unbranded deliverables and reseller tends to describe the commercial side - the wholesale rate and your markup. You get both here, so the label does not matter much.
Will you ever contact my client?
No. We work through you. The only exception is if you invite us onto a call, and then we turn up as your team rather than as VF.
Can I resell at my own margin?
Yes. You get a wholesale rate and what you charge on top is entirely yours. We do not ask what you sold it for and we do not set a floor.
What if I only have one client to start with?
That is fine. There is no minimum volume. Plenty of partners begin with one and add as they win more.
What happens if my client cancels?
You give us thirty days and the campaign pauses. Because there is no lock-in on your side, you are never paying us for a client who has already left.
I build websites but I do not sell SEO. Can this work for me?
This is the most common reason agencies get in touch. You already have the client and the trust from the build. White label SEO turns a finished project into a monthly retainer without you learning a second discipline.
Who actually does the work?
We do, here on the Kāpiti Coast. It is not passed to a marketplace or a link farm. The work that carries your brand is the same work we do on our own accounts.
Do you work with agencies outside New Zealand?
Yes. Timezone is the only real constraint and it has not been a problem so far.
Be Seen. Be Found. Be Remembered.
Tell us about the client you would take on tomorrow if you had the capacity.
